Fees
Course fees are as detailed in the course leaflet or on this web site.

Making A Booking
An individual form is required for each participant. Photocopied forms are acceptable, as are direct bookings through this web site. All forms are subject to the same terms and conditions.

The Contract With Us
All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions. Your contract with us will come into effect when we send you written confirmation accepting your booking. There is then a binding agreement between us. Please keep a copy of your booking form and ensure that you read the written confirmation carefully and raise any queries immediately.

Cancellation By You
If you wish to cancel your booking, you may replace the booking with another participant. However, if you are unable to find a replacement satisfactory to us, we must impose cancellation charges (as a % of course fees) to cover our estimated costs as follows:
From 6 weeks before the course: 50%
From 1 week before the course: 100%

Changes By You
Should you wish to change your booking in any way after our acceptance of it, (such as changing the course you are following), we will do our best to comply with your wishes. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Changes By Us
The arrangements for this course as described in our leaflet are made many months in advance. We must therefore reserve the right to make minor alterations such as changes to the facilitators when and where necessary. Major changes will only be made due to circumstances beyond our control.

Transport
The Nyvej Partnership Ltd takes no responsibility for your transport to and from the course, or for any journeys made by you in your own or a friend's vehicle, or on public or hired transport, during the course.

Personal Property
The Nyvej Partnership Ltd will not be responsible for loss or damage to your property whilst on the course. Please do not bring valuables with you and take care of your personal property while attending the course.
