This training resource was developed specifically for healthcare workers, such as midwives and health visitors, who work directly with mothers to be and their families, and need some extra inspiration!

The manual provides a range of quick and easy to use training materials for group work with ohps and handouts aimed at the client.

We envisage that the materials will be integrated into existing ante natal and post natal groups and may be particularly helpful for clients giving up smoking.
